I stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and attend a concert at the Concourse Project, and it was perfect! The place was super nice, cozy, and felt really welcoming. Even with 10 of us, we were all comfortable and had plenty of space to relax and hang out. The host was great—very responsive, flexible, and laid-back with the house rules, which made everything easy and stress-free. I will say the rooms upstairs do get pretty warm, so just something to keep in mind, but overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

Raul was super friendly and his home is lovely and very clean that’s a great plus in my book. And the backyard was nice and clean a great place for morning coffee..We definitely book again if needed.

Raul’s place was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Austin. Great location, close enough to downtown and perfect spot if you’re going to COTA like we did. Raul is very responsive and check in was a breeze. We go down for the MotoGP race every year and we will definitely be booking Raul’s place again.

The house is lovely and was perfect for our stay! It was clean, comfortable & well stocked with everything we needed! The neighborhood is very nice, which was great for morning walks! We also liked that it wasn’t far from the airport. We had a great visit to Austin.

Great house. Super super clean. Well stocked kitchen with the things you need if you want to cook, and the extras like pillows and blankets was a nice touch. The location is about 15 minutes from south Congress and close to the airport.
